CHURCH HOUSE RECORDING STUDIO, AUSTIN
Danika Thomas led in the purchase, design and development of the project and oversaw renovations to convert the former church into a residence and recording studio.
GARDEN DESIGN
CEDAR AVENUE GARDEN AUSTIN
Danika Thomas led in the design and development of a private garden in East Austin, including a new pool and custom fence, as well as handled the project management and install of materials.
PERSHING PRIVATE MEMBER CLUB AUSTIN
Danika Thomas led in the garden design programming, purchasing and development and oversaw the install of materials for Pershing's gardens.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
FAUVE HOTEL & RESIDENCES AUSTIN
Danika Thomas led in the real estate acquisition and design development of a 5 star, 65 room boutique hotel with on-site restaurant, bakery, event space and sculpture gardens. The project was later sold to a developer.
PALOMA BAKERY AUSTIN
Danika Thomas led in the real estate acquisition, and design development for a Franco-Italian Bakery, in East Austin.
