Having lived in both Paris and New York City's West Village, Danika is keenly aware of the art of place, and the value of location when buying and building home.  Having lived in Travis Heights and neighboring Bouldin for over a decade, two of Austin's most charming and desirable neighborhoods, as well as time spent with family in the Texas Hill Country, she remains deeply rooted within the local communities she serves. 


A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she studied at the Sorbonne University in Paris,  immersing herself in European culture, architecture, and the global luxury market.
