As a third generation Texan, multi-disciplinary creative and real estate agent and broker for 19 years, Danika oversee's all aspects of the company's sales and marketing and works closely with her clients and team to source and sell the best properties on and off market.
With a real estate background that includes new home construction and design, she is skilled with vision, finding quality properties at all price points, suggesting updates to improve the homes value and knowing which up and coming areas offer the greatest opportunities to access to affordable housing.
Having lived in NYC's West Village and Paris, Danika understands the importance of the village and leans on her extensive knowledge of the unique cultures and lifestyle offerings available in each of Austin's most iconic neighborhoods when matching her clients with home and their favored community.
